Image size exceeds the storage capacity warning in Autodesk Advance Steel

ISSUE
While creating an external BOM you want to insert and save a Company image logo, however, when you are prompted to save by selecting yes.

You get a warning that you cannot save the file size because it's size exceeds the storage capacity.

FIX
For example, the dimension of the image below is 1000x1000 at a size of 3.67 MB
If I try and insert this in the External BOM, I will most likely receive a warning.

Simply open the image in Microsoft paint program and from the home tab you will see I resize icon. Select the resize icon and simply change the values.
Select OK and save the file.

The file is now reduced. Now you will be able to save the file in Advanced Steel External BOM Editor.
